Pounding Shoreline for Endless Smallmouth Bass - Manitoba Species Spotlight

Gear up for incredible summertime smallmouth bass action!

Manitoba is home to countless lakes and rivers with ridiculous populations of tank smallies. These aggressive predators will attack a variety of lures and presentations. Getting one to smash your offering is the easy part as these bruisers are notorious for jumping clear out of the water to try and throw the hook.

Various fisheries in Manitoba's Eastern Region and Northern Region are your best bet to get onto huge schools of chunky Manitoba bass. Numerous opportunities for lunkers over 20 inches (4lb plus) exist at both easily accessible waters or more secluded back country lakes.
