Sausage Patty Breakfast Sandwich
How to make it:
-
Start by getting a pan real hot, then place your patties down to sear. Let them sit without touching them so they develop a nice crust and more flavour.

-
Flip when they are cooked halfway and finish the cook.
-
Remove the sausage patties from the pan and fry your eggs to your preferred doneness.

-
In the same pan, place lightly buttered buns or English muffins face-down to toast slightly.
-
Rub a peeled garlic clove all over the toasted and crunchy inside of your bun. This may seem odd but you will thank me later for the aromatic and flavour explosion.

-
Dress your buns in mayo, cheese, avocado, tomato, sausage patty, and lettuce. Add the egg on top and chow down!
-
Always feel free to add a few dashes of hot sauce. Enjoy!
