The Lodge & Outpost
Gangler North Seal River Lodge:
Nestled in the remote wilderness of northern Manitoba, Gangler’s North Seal River Lodge offers an unparalleled fly-in fishing experience that combines luxury and rugged adventure. Bain Lake Outpost:

Accessible only by helicopter and float plane, this outpost offers guests the chance to experience true solitude in an area teeming with trophy fish. The Teams:
Meet the competitors flying into Bain Lake in northern Manitoba for a multi-species showdown.
- Team Frostbite features Michael Tully and Aaron Wiebe.
- Team HD Innovations is led by Jay Siemens and Taro Murata.
- Lastly, Team Catch and Cook brings together Mark Tully and Josh McFaddin.

The Rules:
This four-day event features three teams of two anglers competing in a points-based challenge. Each day, teams aim to catch the largest walleye, pike, and lake trout, earning one point per species.
At the end of the week, the largest of each species earns an additional three points. With 21 points up for grabs, the team with the most points wins.
In the case of ties, the second-largest fish serves as the tiebreaker. Don’t miss out on the thrilling action and find out which team reels in victory below!
The Wildcards:
In “The Outpost” fishing competition, each team gets three Wildcards to challenge their rivals! They can play these cards at any time, lasting one hour each.
- The Blindfold Card makes the non-driving angler fish blindfolded.
- The Caveman Card forces the team to fish without electronics.
- And the Scatter Card sends them one mile from their current spot.

Episode 1:
In this first episode of the outpost, the three teams of anglers begin their travel from Winnipeg to Ganglers North Seal River Lodge in Manitoba's far north. But this isn't the end of their travels. Teams board a helicopter and head further into the remoteness to Gangler's Bain Lake Outpost Camp.
Upon arrival, these eager anglers quickly settled into camp and embarked onto these untouched waters for a couple of days of pre-fishing before the competition began.
Once they start to get a grasp on this incredible fishery and where the pike, walleye, and lake trout are concentrated, the teams are ready to hit the water and kick off day one of this four-day competition.
