Keevin Erickson

Keevin Is a passionate hunter and angler with a love for filming, photography, and writing. His extensive experiences in Manitoba's wilderness have ingrained within him a deep love for this province and have fueled his passion for preserving Manitoba’s wilderness for future generations to enjoy.

Keevin joined Travel Manitoba's HuntFishMB team in 2019 after graduating with a degree in Wildlife Management from the University of Manitoba. As an experienced outdoors enthusiast, Keevin enjoys big game hunting the most, with the pursuit of elk and whitetail deer at the top of his list. However black bears, waterfowl, moose, caribou and turkey hunting hold a close place in his heart as well. He is also a passionate angler and spends his free time on the water or the ice across the province, with his home waters of Lake Manitoba being his favourite.

His experiences in the outdoors have cultivated a passion for conservationism and the preservation of Manitoba’s wilderness. A passion he’s used for introducing new hunters and anglers to the great outdoors.

Keevin also loves to share his hunting and fishing stories across various platforms in hopes to teach and inspire the next generation of outdoor enthusiasts. Whether he's in the woods, field or on the water, Keevin's enthusiasm for the outdoors is contagious.
